As a DevOps Engineer, you connect technology, business processes and continuous improvement. You develop, maintain and optimise business critical platforms and applications that support Van Oord's global operations. A key focus of your role is our IFS Cloud landscape and the integrations and services that surround it. Together with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Application Specialists and business stakeholders, you translate business needs into secure, reliable and scalable solutions. You work across the full lifecycle of development, from analysis and design to deployment, monitoring and support. • Developing, maintaining and optimising IFS Cloud and related business applications
• Building and managing Infrastructure as Code and deployment automation solutions
• Monitoring platform performance and proactively resolving issues before they impact operations
• Designing and supporting integrations, APIs and data flows across the application landscape
• Contributing to secure, scalable and future ready platform solutions aligned with enterprise standards
You will work with technologies such as Azure Cloud, automation tooling and modern DevOps practices while supporting one of the most important platforms within Van Oord.
You will join the Information & Support Services team in Rotterdam. This is where we design, support and continuously improve the digital solutions that help Van Oord operate across the globe. You will work in a collaborative environment with Business Information Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Application Specialists and fellow DevOps Engineers.
