HR Services Team Lead

THE POSITION

As Team Lead HR Services, you are responsible for leading and further developing our HR Services team. Together with your team, you ensure that HR processes run efficiently, accurately, and reliably.

You oversee all administrative HR activities related to onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding. From employment contracts and personnel administration to reporting and process optimization, you ensure that every step of the employee journey is supported with excellence.

The coming years will focus on strengthening our global HR Services organization, safeguarding quality and expertise, and enhancing our HR Service Delivery model through digitalization and process improvements.

YOUR WORKPLACE

You will join our HR Services team, consisting of 12 dedicated professionals who are committed to delivering high-quality HR support across the organization. The team plays a vital role in setting new standards for operational excellence, service quality, and continuous improvement.

In this role, you report directly to the Global Manager HR Services and work closely with colleagues from HR Business Partnering, Payroll, and Global Mobility.

  • Driving the optimization and digitalization of HR processes and workflows;
  • Ensuring accurate and timely HR administration across the employee lifecycle;
  • Strengthening service delivery, efficiency, and process quality;
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization and acting as a trusted HR partner;
  • Supporting the development of a future-proof global HR Services function.

ABOUT YOU

You are a people-oriented leader with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. You enjoy building engaged teams and continuously improving processes. With your analytical mindset and hands-on approach, you know how to balance operational excellence with a strong service focus.

In addition, you bring:

  • A bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field;
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities;
  • Experience with HR administration, HR systems, change management and process improvement;
  • Knowledge of payroll and/ or global mobility is an advantage;
  • Availability of at least 32 hours per week.
