A good salary, bonus, and pension scheme.
At Van Oord, you'll receive a competitive salary. Our base salaries are evaluated based on local market conditions. In addition to your salary and 8% holiday allowance, you may receive a variable bonus annually in April, depending on our results.
We offer a solid pension scheme through PGB, with Van Oord covering approximately 75% of your pension premium.

Travel allowance, remote working, and days off.
You'll receive a generous travel allowance of €0.31 per kilometer. We have plenty of charging stations for EV's and a bicycle parking. Working from home is also an option: if you work from home regularly, you'll receive a compensation of €2.35 per day.
You'll have 32 days of leave per year: 20 statutory and 12 non-statutory, including 7 collective days. Need more days off? You can buy up to 15 extra leave days per year.
You can save through collective insurance schemes, such as supplementary health insurance. Additionally, you're entitled to collective travel insurance and accident insurance.
