Hiring process temporary staff
FlexOord handles the entire hiring process, from application to contract, for self-employed professionals (freelancers) and suppliers of qualified personnel. Van Oord focuses on long-term relationships and prefers to work with preferred suppliers. If they cannot supply the desired candidate, we post the vacancy on our marketplace. The number of applications depends on the hiring need and the scarcity on the labour market per segment.
Registration supplier portal for temporary staff
Using the link below, you can register for Van Oord's marketplace via the supplier portal. Please note that upon registration, you agree to the Hired-in Personnel Agreement(HPA) which you can read during the registration process.

I have not received confirmation of registration and I see no applications?
You will not receive a separate confirmation. Once you have completed the entire registration process, your organisation is registered as a marketplace supplier. You will only see the applications that have been opened specifically for you, based on the segments you indicated during registration. The number of applications depends on the hiring needs and labour market scarcity per segment.
How do I become a preferred supplier?
Van Oord focuses on long-term relationships with preferred suppliers, which means that we cannot offer every supplier the opportunity to become a preferred supplier. Based on criteria such as spend and cooperation, we analyse our marketplace suppliers who could qualify as preferred suppliers.
I have problems with the authenticator app
The manual for connecting the authenticator app can be found during registration and in Netive under the heading ‘manuals’. If you do not see the step where you have to enter 2 words then your account is already linked via another mobile phone. You can contact us for support. Important: each consultant has its own login and link to the authenticator app. It is therefore not possible for multiple consultants to use one account with multiple links.
