As a management assistant within Dredging and Infra Operations, you play an active role in supporting the team in Rotterdam. You work closely with an experienced senior management assistant and take responsibility for your own tasks. Together, you ensure that daily operations run smoothly. You use your experience to organize, prioritise and keep overview, while continuing to develop yourself in a dynamic and international environment.
With your support, colleagues can focus on shaping projects that build the future. You keep agendas clear, communication organised and plans on track. In this role, you will:
• Support in managing calendars for the Operations Directors;
• Help manage mailboxes and handle incoming communication;
• Provide administrative support to the team and management;
• Assist in arranging business travel such as flights, accommodation and visas;
• Work together with fellow assistants to improve ways of working.
