In this role, you act as a trusted advisor to managers and team leads within T&E, translating business strategy into impactful people initiatives. You drive and embed both the business and people strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational goals while strengthening leadership and team effectiveness.
You take the lead in shaping and executing HR and people plans, including the annual HR cycle, and contribute to key projects that support organisational growth and the development of technical expertise.
