Do you enjoy working in a dynamic, international environment where no day is the same? As an Assistant Crewing Officer, you play an important role in ensuring our vessels have the right crew at the right time. You support the Crewing Officers with crew planning and coordinate the practical arrangements around crew changes, travel and accommodation. Are you organised, service-oriented and able to keep a clear overview when plans change? Then this could be the role for you.

You want your work to shape organisations from the inside out. You understand that strong internal communication drives alignment, engagement and trust — especially in an international environment where change, growth and operational complexity come together. At Van Oord, internal communication is more than informing colleagues. It is about influencing direction, strengthening culture and enabling leaders and teams to move forward with clarity and confidence. This is your opportunity to take ownership of internal communication across strategic themes and organisational change in a global, project driven organisation.
