By improving recruitment processes and creating an excellent candidate experience, you help our teams grow stronger every day. In this role, you will:

• Partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to develop recruitment strategies that match business needs.
• Lead the full recruitment process, from intake and sourcing to interviews, offer management and hiring.
• You proactively identify, approach and engage scarce talent using sourcing techniques, market mapping and your professional network.
• Use labor market insights, recruitment data and tools such as Avature to improve hiring decisions and optimize recruitment processes.
• Work closely with Employer Branding, Global Mobility and HR to strengthen our employer brand and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.

You enjoy connecting people, building relationships and creating the best possible candidate experience. You are curious, organized and confident in working with different stakeholders. You easily switch between strategic conversations and day to day recruitment activities, while keeping quality and results in focus. You enjoy using data and market insights to improve your approach and are always looking for better ways of working. To be successful in this role, you bring:

• A bachelor's degree and at least three years of experience in recruitment, either in house or within an agency.
• Experience managing the full recruitment cycle and partnering with hiring managers.
• Strong sourcing skills and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, talent pools and other recruitment channels.
• You use recruitment data to influence decisions, identify bottlenecks and continuously improve hiring performance.
• Experience working with recruitment systems, preferably Avature.
• You actively contribute to improving recruitment processes, ways of working and sharing best practices with the team.
• Excellent communication skills in English. Dutch is an advantage.
