As Manager Training & Simulator Centre at Van Oord, you give direction to a learning and training environment where learning and development are central. You design and develop learning programmes in which operational experience is purposefully translated into realistic simulations and effective learning interventions. In this way, you create a learning process in which colleagues build skills, consciously develop behaviour and continuously learn from real and/or simulated situations. This allows you to make a direct impact on the safety, quality and performance of our fleet and projects worldwide.

You work from our office in Gorinchem on diverse projects all over the world and see how your work shapes offshore energy solutions. As a Cost Engineer within Subsea Rock Installation, you turn client needs into clear and competitive plans. You work in a niche market where your ideas directly influence the success of complex offshore projects.
