As part of the tender team, you’re the one who knows how to highlight the added value of Van Oord. You like working in a technical environment and taking complex matters head on. You’ll work in varying tender teams consisting of expert from Van Oord, external advisors and partners.
In the tender strategy team, we continue to learn from each other, challenge one another and help each other to continually improve the tender process. You will write MEAT-bids (In Dutch known as EMVI or BPKV) but also review the written plans of your colleagues. Van Oord is an internationally oriented, family owned, company where people come first. The business where we operate is dynamic and always evolving, as a team we constantly challenge each other to grow as a team as well as individually.
You are a skilled writer who enjoys setting their teeth into technical topics and gather information and knowledge. You get energized when working with groups and like leading workshops. You are curious, critical, creative, a good listener and quick at connecting people and ideas. You take a central and coordinating role in the EMVI process, seeing the bigger picture while keeping an eye for details.
