To further strengthen our development capabilities, we are looking for a Python Developer to join our Production Engineering Application Management team and contribute to building high-quality production engineering applications.
The Production Engineering Application Management team is supporting the Production Engineering team within the Tendering & Engineering department. This team is responsible for developing, supporting and improving the applications used by the Production Engineers in the Production Engineering landscape. Production Engineers are responsible for estimating and optimizing the exaction duration of our projects, focused on our main assets.
In this role, you will develop and maintain applications that support engineers during both tender and project execution phases. You will work in a Scrum team to deliver user-focused, scalable, and reliable solutions. You combine strong technical expertise with a proactive mindset, ensuring that applications not only function correctly but also provide real value to end users. You play an important role in translating engineering needs into practical and efficient digital solutions.
Your main responsibilities include developing and maintaining Python-based applications used by engineers, contributing to full-stack development across frontend, backend, and databases, collaborating closely with development teams, operations, and end users, and actively supporting the continuous improvement of both development processes and the applications themselves.

The location for the Python developer is in Rotterdam. You will be part of the Production Engineering Application Management team in the T&E Shared Service Center.
