As Project Secretary at our Offshore Energy Project Secretariat in Gorinchem, you will work side by side with our Project Directors and Project Managers, as well as supporting the daily flow of office life. From stakeholder communication and meeting organization to lunch arrangements and event support — your work ensures our team operates like a well-oiled machine. You'll also be closely involved in managing facilities, supplies, and even the layout of our office space.
You are the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and the go-to person when something needs to get done. You take initiative, spot opportunities to help, and bring order to busy days. Your positive attitude and strong planning skills keep the office running and your team focused.
• Proactively support the Project Director and Project Manager with administrative and organizational tasks
• Handle stakeholder communication, meeting planning and follow-up
• Organize lunches, events and facilities support such as supplies and room layouts
• Prepare presentations and provide structure to recurring processes
• Act as the linking pin for the secretariat, working closely with one direct colleague
YOUR WORKPLACE
You will be based in our Gorinchem office, the heart of our Offshore Energy projects. The atmosphere is energetic and professional, with a small, committed team and a strong sense of responsibility. • Completed a secretarial education (MBO-level or equivalent)
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar secretarial or administrative support role
• Solid proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams;
• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English, spoken and written;
• Living within 20–30 minutes of Gorinchem
