As Project Finance Administrator, you are at the heart of our projects in the Netherlands. You support a wide range of small and medium-sized projects and ensure that financial information is clear, reliable and ready for action. You work within the Area Netherlands organisation and connect project teams with finance, management and shared services. In this role, accuracy and insight go hand in hand.
Your work helps projects stay in control and move forward with confidence. You turn data into insight and support better decisions across the business.
• You set up and manage project structures in our accounting systems in line with group policies
• You analyse project costs and prepare clear financial and PoC reports
• You monitor accruals, overhead and system postings to ensure accuracy
• You support purchase orders, invoicing and vendor payment tracking
• You contribute to working capital, cash flow reporting and period-end closing

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics, Accounting or similar
• You have at least 6 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a project environment
• You are fluent in Dutch
• You have experience with or interest in shared service centre setups
• You communicate clearly with stakeholders at different levels
