As Incident Analyst within QHSE, you help Van Oord continuously improve its safety performance. You review and analyze incidents, observations, unsafe conditions and unsafe acts across the organization. You support investigations and help teams identify root causes and effective corrective actions. You also make sure valuable lessons are captured and shared. By combining safety knowledge with data, you provide insights that support operational excellence, compliance and risk reduction. Your work gives teams the information they need to improve.
Your analysis helps us understand what happened, why it happened and what we can do differently. You monitor investigations and actions while keeping an eye on recurring issues and emerging risks. With clear dashboards and reports, you make complex QHSE information easier to understand. This helps colleagues act with confidence and strengthens our safety culture.
