Data & AI Product Specialist

THE POSITION

Data and AI are changing the way we work, make decisions and deliver results. As a Data Engineer, you play a key role in turning data into reliable and valuable solutions for the business. You design, build and maintain modern data products that help teams make better decisions and create impact across the organisation. Working with technologies such as Databricks and DBT, you ensure data is accessible, trusted and ready for future innovation. You collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams and data specialists to understand challenges and translate them into scalable solutions. In this role, you help strengthen the foundation for data driven decision making and enable the responsible use of advanced analytics and AI capabilities. 

YOUR IMPACT

Your key responsibilities include: 

  • Createvaluable data structures. 
  • Build Data and AI products that support critical decision making. 
  • Guide business stakeholders towards effective and responsible use of Data and AI capabilities. 
  • Promote awareness and build capability by developing guidelines, conducting training, and engaging stakeholders. 
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for both business and technical teams on responsible AI practices, data management, and governance requirements.

Additionally, you work closely with various business stakeholders, colleagues from IT, and Legal, Security, Sustainability. ABOUT YOU

You bring a university degree or equivalent experience, along with at least 5 years of professional experience in a relevant field. You have a minimum of 2 years of experience working with the Data Bricks and DBT implementations. You communicate confidently in English, both spoken and written, and are comfortable working in a SCRUM environment. You are naturally curious, eager to learn and committed to staying up to date with the latest technologies and market developments. In addition, you thrive in collaborative and multicultural environments, communicate clearly, adapt well to changing priorities and demonstrate resilience and determination in achieving results.

Key requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent experience 
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Solid experience with Databricks and modern data engineering practices.
  • Strong skills in data modeling, ETL/ELT, and data product development.
  • Experience working with DBT for data transformations and pipeline automation.
  • Strong English communication skills and experience working in a SCRUM team
