As Communications Advisor Social Media, you own our corporate social media presence from strategy to execution. You build strong and consistent channels that reflect who we are and what we stand for.
You translate our global projects and innovations into powerful content that reaches the right audiences at the right moment. Together with colleagues across Communications and Employer Branding, you make sure our voice is bold, human and innovative. This role connects storytelling, data and creativity. It naturally leads to one goal: making our impact visible and meaningful.
You make sure our projects do not stay behind the scenes. You bring them into the spotlight.
You will:
• Manage our corporate social media channels, from strategy to daily execution
• Create and publish engaging content such as posts, videos, visuals and podcasts
• Set up and optimise paid campaigns to increase reach and engagement
• Monitor performance data and adjust your approach based on insights
• Guide colleagues and external agencies in creating strong social first content

YOUR WORKPLACE
You work in Rotterdam within the Communications team. A team of professionals who value trust, ownership and collaboration. You work closely with the Advisor Editorial on strategy and planning, with Press and Content on news items, with the All round Advisor on production and with Employer Branding to safeguard tone of voice.

• At least 3 years of experience in corporate social media
• Proven results with campaigns and paid advertising
• Strong skills in creating different content formats such as video, photography and podcasts
• A data driven mindset and the ability to optimise based on insights
• Excellent English language skills, native level is preferred
