Working on board of a Van Oord backhoe dredger and making sure the backhoe runs safely and smoothly. As a 1st Backhoe Operator, you are an important part of the crew. You work closely with the Barge Master and your colleagues to deliver a good project result. You get responsibility, work with heavy equipment, and see the result of your work every day.
