YOUR IMPACT

As a Working Student in Talent Development, you’ll play an active role in shaping early career programs while gaining valuable hands-on experience in HR and strategy. You’ll work with different teams, conduct research, and help develop initiatives that connect business needs with talent development.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Gather insights from departments to map out talent needs and skills gaps
  • Research industry best practices for internships and early career programs
  • Assist in developing strategies that align business needs with talent initiatives
  • Analyse survey responses and internal data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Help coordinate meetings, interviews, and workshops with employees and managers
  • Summarize discussions and research into clear reports and presentations
  • Contribute ideas to improve and enhance early career programs

 

This role is perfect for a proactive student eager to gain real-world experience in HR, strategy, and talent development – especially if you enjoy organizing and coordinating initiatives!

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for a proactive and curious student who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with people.

 

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree (HBO/WO) in HRM, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, International Business, Sociology, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data from multiple sources (e.g., market research, HR data, company reports) 
  • Well-organized and structured, able to coordinate meetings, document findings clearly, and contribute to strategic planning
  • Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with different stakeholders and translating insights into actionable recommendations
  • Creative problem-solver, eager to suggest improvements, think critically, and explore new tools and methods
  • Fluent in English 
  • Available for at least six months
  • At least three days a week

WE OFFER

You will be working from our head office in Rotterdam with a view on the beautiful Maas. You can start or end your working day at our own gym in the office. Of course there is also a possibility to work from home, but we would like to see you at the office as much as possible!
