As a working student within Campus Recruitment, you'll have the opportunity to get to know our organization well in a short amount of time. The Campus Recruitment team is responsible for hiring all interns, graduates, working students and trainees across the organisation. We strike a clear balance between acting as strategic partners and managing the operational side of recruitment and selection. Our goal is to ensure that young talent becomes (better) acquainted with our organization and the career opportunities we offer.
The Campus Recruitment team consists of a team lead, two recruiters, and a part-time working student and/or intern. Together, we are part of the larger Talent Acquisition team, which, with around 25 colleagues, is responsible for over 750 vacancies and 1,500 flexible workers annually.
As a working student, you’ll support the team with the recruitment and selection of interns and working students
You will keep track of our general mailbox
You will participate in events such as career fairs, in-house days, lunch lectures and enjoy giving presentations;
You will maintain our internships community and organise small events for the interns.
You are currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hotel Management, Marketing and Communication, or a related field;
You are naturally curious and can keep an overview across a broad range of tasks;
You have strong communication skills and know how to engage and enthuse people;
Due to the international nature of our organization, you speak and write fluent Dutch and English.
