In this role, you will be immersed in offshore wind projects, focusing on transport, lifting, and installation tasks. Based in our Offshore Wind Transport & Installation Unit in Gorinchem, you’ll support projects during their preparation and execution phases. Your work will directly contribute to the efficiency of our fleet and the success of our offshore operations.
You will be guided through an 18-month rotational program, tailored to the company’s needs, including hands-on preparation of real projects and opportunities for site visits. This role provides a solid foundation for building technical knowledge and growing within the dynamic and expanding offshore energy sector which you will benefit from for the rest of your career.

The T&I department is a strong foundation for building technical expertise and serves as a stepping stone to other roles within project teams, tender- or engineering departments.
