Technical Logistic Officer

Support our Survey projects by ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of administrative, logistical, and procurement processes. Contribute to the overall success and productivity of our survey department by keeping everything on track, on time, and in top condition.

THE POSITION

As a Survey Technical Logistics Officer, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks such as managing documentation, processing data and keeping meticulous records. You will coordinate logistics activities to ensure they run smoothly, from transportation and shipping coordination to inventory management. In addition, you will oversee the maintenance, repair and calibration of our measuring equipment to ensure that everything functions accurately and reliably. You will also be responsible for testing our equipment and cables.


YOUR IMPACT

You are at the heart of our procurement activities. Compliance is essential to this department. You ensure compliance with all regulations and permits regarding the use of equipment, shipping and transportation. You also closely monitor inventory levels. You will support internal systems and software, actively participate in testing and suggest improvements.

•    Control and booking of purchase orders;

•    Management of equipment bookings;

•    Administration of our equipment and orders;

•    Preparing survey equipment for shipment;

•    Testing survey equipment and cables to ensure they are ready for the field.


YOUR WORKPLACE

Join our dynamic team of 20 professionals dedicated to the installation, maintenance and management of hydrographic surveying equipment, including computers, navigation systems and underwater survey instruments. As a technical logistician, your focus is on checking, testing and shipping surveying equipment to ensure everything is in perfect condition before deployment.
