In this versatile role, you are independent and have no trouble maintaining focus in a hectic environment. Administration has no secrets for you, and you know better than anyone how to handle all your tasks smoothly and competently.
Job requirements
We are looking for a stress-resistant person who wants to act as initiator and contact person for improvement projects. Within the Purchasing Department, you proactively take up proposals for improvement of the organization, processes and methods.
In addition, you should have
*Completed secondary vocational education with at least 4 years of experience or a higher professional education with at least 1 year of experience, preferably within a technical / maritime environment;
*Good command of the English language, both verbally and in writing;
*Excellent communication skills, you are persuasive and result oriented;
*A hands-on, service-oriented mentality and you take ownership;
*Willingness to travel and visit projects (mainly in UAE) on an occasional basis;
*Knowledge of Logistics and Incoterms is an advantage.
