For our maritime business projects we continuously implement innovative improvements in our supporting processes. For our portfolio of strategic improvement projects we are looking for project management support, preferably with experience in digital transformations and affinity with the maritime contracting industry. YOUR IMPACT

As Project Management Officer  (internal projects) you are the right hand of the Project Manager. You'll ensure internal projects are executed seamlessly and efficiently:

  • Implement the right tools and structures to support quality and operational flow
  • Support project teams in delivering on time, within scope and budget
  • Set up and oversee project planning, milestones, dependencies and risk assessments
  • Track deliverables and manage project documentation
  • Analyze and allocate resources and capacity effectively
  • Drive progress reporting, and proactively co-identify risks and issues 
  • Prepare communication to inform and engage stakeholders, project team and steering committee
  • Organise relevant meetings and ensure preparation follows best practices

 

ABOUT YOU

  • 2-5 years of experience in a Project Management environment
  • Degree in engineering, finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Solid liaison for the Portfolio, Program- & Project Manager, business stakeholders, the IT organization and suppliers
  • Certification such as PRINCE2 Foundation, IPMA D, or equivalent
  • Basic understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Clear communicator, effective collaborator, and sharp problem solver
  • Proven ability to bring structure, momentum, and governance to projects
  • Experience in maritime contracting and the tender and project process  is a plus
