We are looking for an External Hiring Advisor to join our FlexOord team within the HR department. FlexOord supports the business in hiring and contracting external professionals (such as Superintendents, Engineers, QHSE Advisors and Surveyors) for our diverse international projects. As External Hiring Advisor you act as the key contact for our internal stakeholders, suppliers and candidates. You ensure that the right expert is contracted at the right place and time. FlexOord aims to offer one point of contact with a standardised and digitalised process for external hiring.
In this role you will facilitate all business units (Dredging, Offshore, Offshore Wind) and staff departments (such as QHSE, HR and Legal) in hiring external staff. You will be the first point of contact for questions from the business and suppliers on policies and best practices. In addition, you:
