Traineeship Procurement & Supply Chain

By joining the Procurement & Supply Chain team, you contribute directly to improving processes, reducing costs, and driving innovation. Your insights and analyses will have a significant impact on the way Van Oord procures goods and services, managing risks, and increasing efficiency across the organization. 

• Enhance procurement processes through data-driven improvements.

You’ll work with diverse international teams, gaining hands-on experience in procurement processes, both operational and strategic.

• Master’s degree (WO) in Engineering (e.g., Civil, Mechanical, Marine) preferred.
• Affinity for technical procurement and understanding of supply chain processes.
• Hands-on approach, with the ability to practically solve problems.
• Fluency in English, knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
• Empathy – The ability to understand others' perspectives and build strong connections.
• Analytical thinking – The capacity to process complex information and derive actionable conclusions.
