As an “HR Services Officer” in our Shared Services Team you will be part of the HR team based in our Dubai office in JAFZA and deliver HR services to all our colleagues in the Middle East and Asia. We support our projects and offices with all HR operational related activities. We arrange everything on an administrative/system level as well as answer all kinds of questions to ensure our employees have an unforgettable employee experience. YOUR WORKPLACE
As a member of our team, you will work closely with our local HR team of 6 colleagues and together we service around 600 (250 locals and 350+ expats) colleagues in our region. As we are a relatively small team, we are looking for a communicative team player with a proactive attitude. We embrace your input to improve our way of working. You will report directly to the Team lead HR Services in Dubai.
Together with the team, you will focus on delivering the best in class support to our colleagues. We support employees and managers with HR related questions, ensure personnel documents are accurate and complete, process data in our HR information system, maintain files and records and prepare periodic standardized reports. However, as we work with people, every day is different, and that's exactly what keeps you motivated!
In this versatile role, you are independent and have no trouble maintaining focus in a hectic environment. Administration has no secrets for you, and you know better than anyone how to handle all your tasks smoothly and competently.
