As an HR advisor you will play a crucial role in offering comprehensive HR advice and operational support. Your primary responsibility is to ensure timely and compliant execution of HR policies and processes, ensuring our personnel feel seamlessly integrated into the organization.

Your responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support in employee relations, ensuring all advice aligns with HR policies, standards, and procedures;
  • Collaborating closely with dedicated managers to support in execution of HR policies, standards and procedures;
  • Advising on individual employee relations, encompassing areas such as absence, well-being, engagement, complaints, performance issues, disciplinary actions, and personal development;
  • Collaborating with the HR team to enhance processes and create an optimal working environment for our employees. 

Your work environment

The HR advisor advises and/or executes HR solutions for assigned departments and/or business units in line with HR strategy and People Plan, policies and the corporate guidelines. The HR advisor provides advise on individual personnel matters to line managers and is point of contact for the employee and is collaborating with team managers on the HR cycle.

Job requirements

Your credentials should include:

  • Relevant diploma (Bachelor's/Master's);
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR advisor work experience in a complex international project organization;
  • Knowledge of employment law.
