Barge Foreman

Ready to take the lead offshore and make a real impact? As Barge Foreman in our Offshore Energy team, you’ll be at the heart of our global projects where teamwork, precision and resilience shape the future of sustainable energy. Every day brings a new challenge at sea, and every solution you create leaves a lasting mark on the world.

THE POSITION

As Barge Foreman, you play a key role in the operational execution of our offshore projects. You are responsible for the successful completion of your project scope, from preparation and planning to execution and evaluation. Working closely with the Offshore Construction Manager and the project team, you lead your crew and ensure operations run safely, efficiently and in full compliance with safety and quality standards.

You manage deck activities, coordinate marine operations, monitor progress and take proactive action to overcome technical or operational challenges. With a sharp eye for safety, planning and communication, you ensure that every operation on board contributes to the overall success of the project.

YOUR IMPACT

You are the link between planning and performance. Through your leadership and technical insight, you turn plans into action and challenges into achievements. You motivate and guide your team to perform safely and efficiently, keeping operations aligned with project objectives.

You will:
• Lead and supervise all deck and marine operations on board
• Ensure all activities are executed safely, on schedule and to the highest quality standards
• Anticipate and mitigate operational risks through clear communication and planning
• Prepare lift plans, JSA’s, permits and toolbox talks to secure safe execution
• Work in close coordination with the Offshore Construction Manager and project engineers

By doing so, you directly contribute to the safe and successful delivery of our offshore projects — helping shape a more resilient and sustainable energy future.

Your workplace is dynamic, international and truly unique: offshore on board one of our advanced vessels or barges. You’ll work closely with engineers, technicians and crew from around the world.
