Within our Finance and Control department resides the Global Financial Shared Service Center (GFSSC). The primary aim of our GFSSC is to provide efficient and consistent centralized accounting and payroll services to projects, Business Units, and staff departments within Van Oord. The GFSSC comprises six sub-teams, with the majority focusing on accounting tasks. These sub-teams operate in both Rotterdam and Dubai.
As a Global Payroll Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and processing of our Dutch payroll. Our team is currently undergoing a transition, implementing PwC’s Global Payroll solution and integrating various decentralized payrolls. Your expertise in upstream (e.g., Workday) and downstream (e.g., IFS) systems, along with a deep interest in system functionalities, will be crucial.
